The planning for Wangkui seems to be an ongoing process, and many areas are still undecided. Most of the track has been laid as shown in the track plan below, apart from around Daqing (areas around 15, 21 & 22) and the upper lever in the center of the room.
There is a double mainline that runs around the perimeter of the room, with two main branch lines - one joins the mainline at the bottom right hand corner of the diagram below which goes downhill to Anda (3), and one that joins the mainline at the bottom left hand corner and travels uphill to Anda docks. The mainline is electrified with (dummy) overhead wires, which enable us to run our electric locomotives. It's been decided that only this line has the overhead wires to minimize possible damage from myself and other operators in case of derailments, etc.
