Welcome to Chinese Model Trains. This website was formerly part of www.qj6639.com, but as the modeling section has grown so large recently and given the demise of the previous site due to the web host closing, I have decided to start a separate modeling site.

The most popular feature of this site is the Model Encyclopedia, which covers pretty much every single release, road number and manufacturer of Chinese prototype models in every scale (many with detailed personal reviews). The encyclopedia is always expanding and naturally any information to further enhance it, is always welcome.

You can also read more about my layout - the fictitious Wangkui provincial railway, see what other members of the Chinese model railway community have achieved, find some interesting modeling links and read about upcoming models. All these can be navigated via the links at the top of each page.
